My name is Matteo van Leeuwen and I started ADD Ideas because of the thought "There has got to be a better way to do this".

Personality
I am definitely headstrong and opinionated, but I also have the track record to back it up. Getting meaningful results is what drives me. I operate in a constructive and positive manner with clear mandates and goals. I am open to other opinions and eager to learn.
One of my previous Managers once told me he liked working with me because he did not feel the need to worry as I always get the job done.
I have already made a million euro mistake, learned the lessons and never made that mistake again.
